Suzanne Wilton
Suzanne Wilton, Principal Project Manager for the Santa Monica UCLA Medical
Center and Orthopedic Hospital Replacement Project, will be presenting the new
hospital project designed by the world renowned Architect, Robert A.M. Stern and
Executive Architects, Anshen + Allen of Los Angeles. The design for this Santa
Monica community hospital reflects the Italianate architecture of UCLA while
integrating the more casual stucco technology and equipment. Suzanne will be
presenting interior and exterior renderings, plans, elevations, photos of
completed phases, and construction photos of phases currently underway. The
groundbreaking for the new hospital tower will be taken place at the existing
Santa Monica Hospital on Sixteenth Street and Wilshire on Sunday, October 14,
from 1 to 4. Everyone is invited to attend this historic Event!! There will be
plenty of free food, giveaways, and fun for all who attend this gathering.
Suzanne will be bringing the invitations with her.

Biography :
Suzanne Wilton has served as the Principal Project Manger for the Santa Monica
UCLA Medical Center and Orthopedic Hospital Replacement Project for the past
four years at UCLA Capital Programs. She has been responsible for the
management of the planning and design of the new hospital, as well as, the
construction of numerous phases of the project, including a new 600 car parking
structure, an Outpatient Radiology Center, the Les Kelley Clinic, the new MRI
Suite and numerous other remodel projects within the Merle Norman Pavilion.
Suzanne has over 15 years of Project Management experience in the Medical and
Hospital projects. Before coming to UCLA Suzanne was a Project Manager at
Kaiser Permanente in Los Angeles for 11 years where she managed master planning,
design and construction projects. She worked on the design of the Ontario
Medical Center, a $200 million project which included a 245 bed hospital and a
300,000 gsf Medical Office building. She implemented a $150 million master plan
at the Panorama City Facility and she completed construction projects totaling
over $135 million.
Suzanne received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology, Phi Beta Kappa,
Magna cum Laude, from the University of Southern California in 1975 and her
Masters in Architecture from UCLA in 1980. She has been a licensed architect in
the State of California since 1986 and is a member of the American Institute of
Architects and the Committee on Architecture for Health.
Suzanne is a native Californian who was born in Oceanside and has lived in Los
Angeles for over 40 years. She resides in Windsor Village with her husband,
Hugh, and their three children.
