Leslie Dutton is the producer and host of the FULL DISCLOSURE public affairs
television program which can be seen on 40 cable systems throughout southern
California. Mrs. Dutton was presented with an EMMY Award this year for her
2001 Public Affairs Series: "L.A.'s War Against Terrorism" which
featured law enforcement, labor, and elected officials who are entrusted with
the public safety while the nation was on high alert following 9/11. She
was
also presented with Gold and Silver Angel Awards from the Excellence in Media
organization. Ms. Dutton is a native of Southern California, long time
resident of Santa Monica and has a strong connection with Rotary, her husband
Fred has been a member of the Santa Monica Rotary Club for 38 years.
The FULL DISCLOSURE NETWORK, is sponsored by the Citizens Protection Alliance,

years Mrs. Dutton has become a media and government watchdog. She is

powerful law enforcement figures in America: U.S. Attorneys General Elliot
Richardson, Richard Kleindienst, Ed Meese, Richard Thornburgh, Benjamin
Civiletti, Archibald Cox, Lawrence Walsh, and Ken Starr to name a few.
Locally, Mrs. Dutton has interviewed all of the Chiefs of the LAPD from Ed Davis
to William J. Bratton. That includes Daryl Gates, Willie Williams, Bayan
Lewis, and Bernard Parks. This year she has been conducting a series of
programs focusing on the LAPD Chiefs, the Board of Police Commissioners, and the
Police Union leaders which among other things covered the topic of today's
